What type of metal is used in your Jewelry?
Our metal components are made from brass that is plated with a zinc alloy to give them a bright, lustrous finish. All metal components are lead, nickel and cadmium free.
What is your minimum order size?
We require a minimum wholesale order of $300 for all orders – initial orders and repeats.
What are your payment options?
Orders can be pre-paid with Visa or Mastercard. We can also offer Net30 credit terms after checking 3 industry trade references from your regular gift shop suppliers. Initial orders must be over $500 to request credit terms.
Do your products come retail priced and barcoded?
Yes, all our products come with a sticker containing the product number, description, retail price and a UPC barcode.
What is your standard order processing and shipping time?
We typically ship orders 1-5 business days from receipt of your order.
Where do your products ship from?
Our products all ship FOB from Blaine, WA
What is your return policy?
We stand behind everything we sell. If you have any claims for shortages or breakage, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the order and we will credit or replace the items.
Do you offer displays for your products?
Yes, we offer free displays on loan for qualifying orders on all our jewelry and gift lines. Click Here to find out more.
How do I open a wholesale account?
In order to open an account with us, you need to have a physical retail store. You can request access to our online catalog Here and we will process and approve your request. Once approved you can place orders directly through this website. You can also request a printed catalog Here and you can submit your orders to us by phone, fax or email.
